Delivery is by First Class sign for post to UK mainland addresses at £3.50.
For UK Highlands and Islands, the cost will be £5.50 on all orders.

Returns Policy
Returns
​
We are happy to refund or provide a credit note if items are returned within 14 days of purchase, however, we are unable to offer free returns for customers.
A refund will be made once the item(s) have been returned to KarLee Clothing and subject to the following.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

All tags to remain attached.

Items received after 14 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to you.

Returns Process

Ensure the above conditions have been met for returned items.

Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package.

E-mail KarLeeClothing@Gmail.com to inform us you are returning the item and the reason why.

KarLee Clothing will email you with the address to return the item.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or delivery insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.

Obtain proof of postage and keep this safe as your proof of return.
Incorrect or Faulty Item
If unfortunately, the item is incorrect and not what you ordered, please return the item to us by following the Returns Process.
Please note, all items are inspected thoroughly before posting to ensure you receive your item in top condition.
Items deliberately damaged will not be refunded.

When KarLee Clothing have inspected the item to review its condition and agree the item is incorrect or damaged, a refund of the postage cost will be considered.
Reserved Items
Items reserved for collection and purchase at our premises, which have not been paid for, will be held for up to 2 calendar days before being unreserved, unless agreed by KarLee Clothing.

Items which have been paid for and to be collected at our premises will be held up to 10 days, before being refunded and released for purchased, unless agreed by KarLee Clothing.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards. We will also accept direct payments into our account by prior arrangement.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Sorry, we do not accept card payments over the phone. Please use the online option, or contact KarLeeClothing@Gmail.com if you would like to make a payment directly from your account to us.
